Simeprevir is Virus c & HCv Virus Protease inhibitor : indicated treating chronic hepatic C (CHO) infecti( a part of a triple antiviral treatment regimen consisting of two other drugs: peginterferon-alfa (PEG-IF) ribavirin (RBV). It is primarily efficacious in treating Hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype 1 infected with compensated liver disease, including cirrhosis. It is generally used for HCV genotype 1 infected & genotype 4 as well.
