Uses Acute myocardial infarction. Pulmonary embolism. Deep Vein thrombosis(D.V.T.). Arterial thrombosis.
Acute thrombosis of central retinal vessels, extensive coronary emboli.
Adults Dosage:Acute myocardial infarction:I.V. 750,000- 15 million I.U. in 1 hour. Intracoronary :20,000 1.U. stat followed by 20004000 1.V./ mim for 3090 min .
