Dosage:400 mg/m. square as single i.v. Dose, the Dose is adjusted with aged patient and those with renal impairment Adverse Effects,and Precautions: as for Cisplatin,nephrotoxicity and GIT toxicity are less severe than with cisplatin and reversible myelosuppression is the Dose —limiting toxicity; platelet counts reach a nadir between 14 and 21 days after a Dose , with recovery within 35 days, but recovery from leucopenia may be slower.
