Uses: Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia (drug of choice), Primary (Waldenstrom's) macroglobulinaemia, advanced ovarian adeno carcinoma, breast cancer, certain forms of non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease
Adverse-Effects Nausea, vomiting, epigastric discomfort, pulmonary fibrosis, dermatitis, seizures, hepatotoxicity, amenorrhoea, azoospermia, bone marrow depression. Peripheral neuropathy
Dosage:0.1 0.2mg / kg body weight daily for 4-8 weeks. For chronic lymphocytic leukaemia 0.4mg / kg bi weekly or monthly. Increased by0.1m / kg, Maintenance Dosage: 0.1mg/kg per day or may be low Dose of 0.03 mg/kg
