Mechanism:Selective (5HT3) receptors antagonist with no affinity for other serotonin receptors It blocks serotonin stimulation & subsequent vomiting .
Indications: prevention of nausea & vomiting accociated with ematogenic cancer therapy & that associated with radiation & abdominal radiation.
Dosage: 2 tabs. Once daily 1 hours before chemotherapy or divided into 2 Doses.
